Today, Abcor Home Health is a thriving organization with over 2,000 dedicated team members across 8 branches in Illinois. Our commitment to older adults and individuals with disabilities has been the driving force behind our success.
We provide in-home care services to older adults through a state-funded Community Care Program, where services are authorized based on an individual assessment of each client’s needs. Our goal is to help clients maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Our caregivers assist with daily activities such as light housekeeping, running errands, companionship, and supervision to support overall well-being. We deeply value our caregivers and are committed to selecting individuals who are not only skilled, but also compassionate and dependable. Each caregiver is carefully matched with clients based on the client’s assessed needs and the caregiver’s skills and experience, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
