Equipment will NOT be available to order the day of the Expo. Please include details about all additional equipment needs:

NOTE: It is agreed exhibitors will indemnify and hold harmless the producers, sponsors, staff and/or Rock Valley College (RVC) from all liabilities arising out of the negligence of the exhibitor. Exhibitor is responsible for any damage to RVC. Exhibitors are responsible for paying TOTAL INVOICE within 30 days of receiving invoice.
